We are a collective of emerging, community-based social change practitioners and supportive, sector-based professionals, learning alongside each other.

changemaker consultants

Our consultants lead our team of Changemakers-in-Residence, in the design and delivery of our in-house programs and projects, as well as other programs and projects that we run in collaboration with our sector and community partners.

Are you a manager in the social change sector, looking to recruit a new staff member for yet another fixed-term project?

Now there’s a solution to save you the hassle and inefficiency that often comes with endlessly recruiting, onboarding and managing short-term contracts.

Engage one of our talented Project Management Consultants to work alongside your core team to design and deliver cost-effective and impact-maximising solutions for your organisations, and free your time and resources up to do the important social change work that you need to do.

Are you an experienced social change professional, looking to work on diverse projects, as part of a dynamic team?

We are always looking for capable, community-engaged, social change professionals to lead the design and delivery of projects that we manage on behalf of our partner organisations.

All consultants have access to our suite of professional development, mentoring and networking opportunities, so that you can tackle the most complex and ambitious projects with complete confidence and draw from the collective expertise and networks of a wider team of supportive colleagues.

Mentor Network

Our Mentor Network is a quickly-expanding network of social change professionals and leaders, who have demonstrated a commitment to using their skills and knowledge to support the work being done by others in our network. The network is made up of a diverse group of passionate and experienced social change professionals from across the community, not-for-profit, public and corporate sectors. We also work in partnership with a smaller group of partner organisations on four key areas: youth participation; migrant and refugee issues; education and employment pathways; holistic wellbeing.
